What I most appreciated about Pete is that he stuck with me through a most difficult pre-sale period that dragged on for 2 years! Once we were finally able to list the property, Pete was on top of every detail, secured an acceptable offer within 10 days, provided expert advice every step of the way and walked me through the closing 4 weeks later.
